Processing & Dispatch Times Due to the nature of our made-to-order production, please allow up to 4 weeks for your item to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. We appreciate your patience and support for sustainable fashion.

Shipping Methods & Costs We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time after dispatch varies by location.

Express Shipping: Available for select locations at an additional cost.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Delays & Issues While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or courier issues.

Shipping Policy for Digital PDF Products For digital PDF products, delivery is instant. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link for your digital product. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.
