2. Products & Orders
Our knitwear products are made-to-order, and production may take up to 4 weeks before dispatch.
Digital PDF products are delivered via email immediately upon purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Customisation requests may be accommodated at our discretion and may affect production time and pricing.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical orders will be dispatched according to our Shipping Policy.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our knitwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
Digital PDF products are non-refundable once purchased.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, custom-made items, and gift cards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and digital products on our website are the intellectual property of Public Ecology Knitwear.
Digital PDF products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
