Megumi is a luxuriously soft oversized sweater. This sweater is knitted with alpaca blend yarn (65% alpaca and 35% wool). The slanted shoulder on the back creates feminine look.
In this blend, the yarn retains the softness and insulating properties of the alpaca fibre, while the wool provides lightness and elasticity. Both alpaca and wool have good heat-regulating properties.
The yarn is mulesing-free, and produced and dyed in Foss Eikeland, Norway, where the entire production and dyeing follows the EU's strict environmental requirements regarding dyes and water use.
Alpaca wool comes from Peru and Bolivia, mulesing-free wool from Australia and Uruguay.

Made-to-Order:
All knitwear pieces are entirely hand-knitted and I start knitting once you place your order so each piece is knitted just for you!
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of made-to-order, it may take up to 4 weeks until the item is dispatched.
Customisation:
If you would like a piece to be knitted in your chosen colour palette, please select the 'Customise' option under colour choices and place your order. I will reach out to you to explore the full range of available yarn colours. Once your selection is finalised, I will go purchase the yarns from a local store in Helsinki and begin knitting your piece.
